This plan will guide Norwood’s future, including housing, economic growth, transportation, sustainability, and community spaces and will help shape decisions and investments in the years ahead.

The Committee is grateful to everyone who has participated so far.

Now, all Norwood community members are welcome and encouraged to review the draft plan and share their thoughts. The draft plan and comment submission can be accessed at the link, tinyurl.com/NorwoodCP

The Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee will review public comments on Monday, April 13th at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, and the Planning Board will vote on accepting the plan on Monday, April 27th at the Senior Center. All are welcome to attend.

Taps Across America at Old Parish Cemetery

This Memorial Day, May 25, at 3:00 p.m., Taps will sound at Old Parish Cemetery to honor the more than 50 veterans interred there, including 29 men who served in the American Revolution. This year, the tribute will feature two trumpeters from Norwood public schools: Arielle Jones and Gabriel Martinez Ovando.
