Are developers in other towns treated so well?

Do any other towns in the area worry so much about developers making a lot of money? I would like to ask a couple of questions to the residents of Norwood. Has flooding the town with more and more apartments kept your taxes from rising, kept school budgets in check, made traveling around town easier, or done anything to make your life better? As a town we have more apartments than any other town around us. Do you ever wonder why? I do.
